We want you to love your JAUS pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
